Does the period underwear leak? Our period underwear is designed to stop leaks. Most people initially use the underwear whilst they sleep to get used to how the underwear works. Once they have confidence that they do not leak, they start to wear them during the day.
How do I wash the period underwear? After wearing your underwear you can simply wash them like regular underwear. You may also wish to rinse before washing and you can do this simply in the laundry sink or whilst you are in the shower. The underwear once washed can be dried on a line.
Can I use the drier to dry my period underwear? We recommend only line drying the underwear to ensure longevity of the product.
Can I use the period underwear as a backup during my periods? Yes - Our period underwear is perfect to use as a backup during your periods. The peace of mind, just in case you have any tampon or menstrual cup leaks. They are a great re-usable alternative to pads and panty liners.
Can I use the period underwear prior to the arrival of my period or prior to my daughter ever having her period? Yes - the period underwear provides a perfect way to be period ready at any time (especially as period times can vary and be unexpected at times), providing peace of mind that you will remain accident free.
Can I swim with the period underwear? No - Our period underwear has not been designed for swimming purposes.
How long does shipping take? To keep our costs low, and pass on the savings to our customers we ship directly from our manufacturer. The processing time is usually 1 week, and shipping can be 1 - 3 weeks.
Can I return the period underwear? If the underwear is faulty, we will replace the item. We accept exchanges or credits only (no refunds) for a change of mind or size returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. The customer is responsible for any associated shipping costs with a change of mind or size return. The item must also be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached and in its original packaging. Under Australian health and hygiene laws, we are unable to accept returns of any worn underwear.
